Bylaw Infraction

The following bylaw infraction fines are imposed by the Board of Directors under the provisions of Section 5(g) of the By-laws of the Owners. They are intended to emphasize and clarify certain parts of the Bylaws that are most pertinent to the daily operations of our Corporation.

Bylaw "POWERS OF THE CORPORATION", Section 5 "In addition to the powers of the Corporation set forth in the Act, the Corporation through its Board, MAY and is hereby authorized to:

(g) make such rules and regulations as it may deem necessary or desirable from time to time in relation to the use, enjoyment and safety of the common property and do all things reasonably necessary for the enforcement of these by-laws and for the control, management and administration of the common property generally, including commencement of an action under section 36 of the Act and all subsequent proceedings relating thereto;
